It is better to use all@tribbs if only looking for NLI/NNJ/ENY/CT coverage.
For it to work properly, all of the systems in the area need to set it
up to only forward to similar systems and not out of the area. There are
other flood areas for Call Area 2 (@rn2bbs), only one state (@nybbs) or
for the Eact Coast (@ecbbs).
