Hey, all of you that have done job searches recently….. many years ago when I did my last job search (maybe like 15-20 years ago) I kept a notebook and cards to keep records of all apps and resume’s I sent and responses I received. I am finding it hard to keep the same type of records now because companies no longer respond to applications they get. Thoughts? How are people tracking this stuff now?
