Developed and delivered Linux Administration instruction in a distance-learning environment and provided administration and support for the Moodle learning management system.

Developed online instructional materials using Articulate Presenter, Engage, Quizmaker, Video Encoder, and SCORM-based content, as well as Camtasia for instructional and demonstration videos.

Performed service and installation of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, including oil, gas, electric, and geothermal systems.
