[1] SUMMARY
-----------
Active weather pattern continues across the CONUS. Primary concerns involve
Extremely Critical Fire Weather in the Southern High Plains and a
renewed round
of severe thunderstorms across the Central and Southern Plains. Significant
marine hazards persist in the Aleutians.

[2] FIRE WEATHER (PRIMARY THREAT)
---------------------------------
REGION: Eastern New Mexico into the western Texas Panhandle.
STATUS: EXTREMELY CRITICAL AREA ISSUED.
CONDITIONS:
- Winds: 40-55 km/h (25-35 mph) sustained; gusts 80-95 km/h (50-60 mph).
- Humidity: Single digits to low teens.
- Impacts: Rapid fire spread likely for any new ignitions. Red Flag
Warnings
remain in effect for much of the Southern High Plains.

[3] CONVECTIVE OUTLOOK (DAY 1 - SUNDAY)
---------------------------------------
REGION: Southern and Central Plains (primarily OK, North TX, and KS).
RISK: SLIGHT TO ENHANCED.
HAZARDS:
- TORNADOES: 5% probability in targeted areas (OK/North TX).
- WIND: Gusts up to 70 mph.
- HAIL: 2" to 3" (Hen Egg to Baseball size) possible.
TIMING: Afternoon through tonight. Discrete supercells likely initially,
congealing into linear segments overnight.
