..Chances for heavy rain and thunderstorms over parts of the
Florida Peninsula over the next couple of days...

..Elevated to critical fire weather concerns for the Southeast on
Wednesday...

..Chances for severe thunderstorms across Central Plains on
Wednesday...

A frontal system associated with a prior system will slowly move
offshore of the Florida Peninsula early Wednesday morning, but
residual moisture and instability along the departing boundary may
support lingering showers and thunderstorms over parts of Florida.
Weather Prediction Center continues to have a marginal risk for
excessive rainfall and flash flooding along the eastern parts of
Florida through Wednesday. North of the boundary, fire weather
conditions will develop over Georgia and parts of Northwest
Florida on Tuesday. Storm Prediction Center has issued a critical
to elevated risk level as the northeasterly winds become stronger
and relative humidity values dip into the 20-309

Further north, a cold front over the lower Great Lakes and
Northeast will continue to bring a wintry mix with chances of
moderate to heavy snow and gusty winds along the front on Tuesday.
In addition, the surface low pressure over southwest Canada will
trek eastward across southern Canada/Northern U.S. over the next
few days. This will bringing chances for showers and thunderstorms
along the frontal boundary, which will stretch across the Central
Plains into the Upper Great Lakes. SPC has issued a marginal risk
for severe thunderstorms across portions of Kansas and Nebraska
for Wednesday. The cooler thermal profiles will help support
occasional wintry mix further north, across portions of the
Northern Plains into Upper Midwest through Wednesday. The cold
front continues to advance eastward towards the Ohio Valley on
Thursday, bringing chances for showers and thunderstorms along the
front.

Weak upper level troughs will bring chances for showers and
thunderstorms across the Four Corners and Southern Rockies on
Tuesday. Another disturbance over western Pacific will bring
chances for showers and possible thunderstorms over parts of
California and Oregon late Wednesday into early Thursday morning.

Below average temperatures will continue across the Northern
Plains into the Ohio Valley and the Northeast on Tuesday before
near normal temperatures start to return on Wednesday. Much of
CONUS will be dominated by slightly above normal temperatures on
Wednesday and Thursday.
