Welcome,Sylvain VA2OPS,

It is a pleasure to formally welcome you as a New Hub Station for the
TPRFN Network VA2OPS our first Canadian Partner. VA2OPS has been testing
for the last month or so between KP3FT in NY and W1DTX in Maine. Having
Sylvain join the network created a more reliable path between NY & Maine.

Sylvian, your commitment to maintaining high-uptime infrastructure is
vital to our mission of robust, distributed radio communications.

As a Hub Station, you are now a primary node in our topology. This
designation recognizes your technical capability, dedication to the
amateur radio community, and commitment to the principles of emergency
preparedness.

Your Station’s Role and Expectations:

Traffic Routing: Serving as a primary relay point for regional and
national traffic.

Reliability: Maintaining consistent availability to ensure network
integrity during both routine operations and emergency activations.

Technical Compliance: Adhering to FCC Part 97 standards for automatic
operation and bandwidth limits to ensure seamless interoperability with
other nodes.

Mentorship: Acting as a resource for local end-user stations joining the
network through your hub.

We updated our network directory (Profile) and routing tables to include
your station. Please ensure your system configuration remains aligned
with the latest TPRFN technical advisories and with forwarding partners
to prevent routing loops or latency issues.

Thank you for your "all-in" spirit and for providing the backbone that
keeps our community connected. We look forward to seeing your callsign
active on the waterfall and hearing your station in the logs.

Welcome aboard!
