I think my dogs just got a year younger! They are tearing up the house acting like puppies this morning! Heaven help us. Peanut even is on a toy destruction, coffee drinking rampage!

Peanut has a corn that is bothering her. We are working on it but I think it is becoming a little painful. Gave her 1/2 a rymadil last night. Today she is acting like a puppy.

Jesse threatened all the dogs with the dremel for nail clips this weekend. Someone jumped up on him and scratched him. Have to admit they are getting a little long. But threatening them with the dremel?

Ok, the dogs are getting weird. No, I mean weirder than normal. Ranger, my almost 9 year old neutered male has started to inspect all the girl rear ends in the house, even the cat (poor kitty). Leona has become a little more aggressive, and Ranger has gotten clingy as well. Mindy, Peanut, and Lady have sort of remained the same but seem to be acting a little strange as well.
Could someone be coming into heat? I have one likely victim. Anyone?

Good Morning everyone from not so Sunny Orlando. Raining again this morning but a nice 55 degrees. Rain is supposed to stop later today and tomorrow it is supposed to get to 80 degrees again.
Two steps backwards yesterday on the Leonna vs cat issue. Thought it was getting better but yesterday she tried to grab hold of gizmo out of Jesse’s arms. We will have to start working harder on this.
Final thought of the morning: I am in a city (Orlando) that is the largest human trap in the world, and it is run by a mouse.

Five clean pups. 1 clean cat. The project was quite easy today. They are all plastered to my butt because it was my first day back, Mindy is watching me like a hawk as I may disappear again. Well, I got everything together and went into the bathroom and next thing she knew she was in the shower. Then, Ranger had to come over and see what Mindy was up to…. second dirty dog in shower. Well, Lady couldn’t take it anymore and she came to explore. Third dirty, nasty dog clean. Then Leona thought she was going to help me dry Lady off. Mistake. Fourth dirty dog in shower. Finally I called for Peanut, she came over, took one look and tried to run for it. Nope, I got her before she got 2 feet out of the door. And, let me tell you she was the worst. She had sand and dirt in places that I didn’t know it was possible. I have to go look because I think she has dug a new hole in the yard.

Peanut’s construction and earthmoving project. It appears hole Version 2.0 has begun. The deep one is deep enough that when she is digging all you see is her tail and the sand flying.
