Hey All! Regardless of what some of you are hoping I have not gone away nor abandoned the drama of Facebook. Today I have had more than enough drama at work, which was a case of whatever can go wrong will (that’s Murphy’s Law, isn’t it?) Anyways, Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening, and Good Night.
Oh, I did have my appointment today at Tampa General with the liver specialist. All is well and things are extremely positive right now. I was told that we are doing everything right with diet, exercise, and all other aspects of treating the symptoms. I have lost close to 45 pounds since things were diagnosed and am finally under the magic 24 BMI that I was asked to achieve.
There are more positive outcomes, but not for FaceBook but suffice it to say we are extremely happy with my visit and prognosis.
I am out of here for now. Will be at the FETC2015 conference in Orlando tomorrow and the rest of the week.

Good morning all! We are starting the day with 58 degrees here in Babson Park, FL. Sun has not broken through the clouds yet but I think it’s working on it. On today’s agenda? I have to do the paperwork for my appointment at Tampa General tomorrow, and I think I am going to try to get to the gym this morning for a while – today is going to be a cardio day inside rather than an outside bike day – need a change. Other than that, nothing new and interesting.

Back from vet…. Mindy and Lady in perfect health. No issues. Of course they are not thrilled with me as they got shots and bloodwork checked. Mindy is at 68 pounds and Lady is at 60 pounds. Mindy last raced on May 5, 2009 at 63 pounds. Lady last raced on 1/26/2013 at 56 pounds. I think Lady is going to need to loose a little weight. Mindy, I think will be OK as she was still a young pup (19 months) when she was running and has grown a little. Lady has grown quite a bit as well but she does need to loose a few pounds. Teeth in good shape, Mindy needs to loose a little tarter, but we can work on that. No dental on either needed at this time. Phew….

And we are now fully immersed in my every 12 weeks 10 days from hell. It is new start Monday next Monday and I have all the prep work to do on the technology side. I will be straight out until next Wed. when the quarterly fire-drill will be over. If I don’t answer your PM or miss something please bug me next week. This week is out.

Good morning all! The backyard weather thingy says that it is 62 degrees outside. It appears to be a clear morning as the sun comes up. Going to be busy day. Going to try to get out before the day really starts and bike for an hour or so. Then, gotta come back and I have a bunch of help documentation I need to write as our recent excuse for not following policy and procedure is, “it isn’t documented.” Considering on writing a document on “how to breath” and seeing if anyone notices. Good morning all! 61 degrees here in Babson Park, FL according to the Backyard Weather Thingy. A little foggy this morning, I hope that this burns off somewhat soon, I want to go bike for my workout today. Anyways, everyone have a great day!
