If the UV tube gives up, try a double sided PCB with 2 rows of blue LEDs
mounted instead of the lamp and across 12V...
And to reduce the inverter power, add a 10n across Collector to Emitter and
change the 1K5 to 12K for 75mA @ 12V total load.
