for those who want to build an 1:6 balun for hf freq`s
here i have an schematic diagram.......................:

9 turns = 50ohm, 22 turns = 300ohm (298ohm) Balanced
11 wdg bifilair on Amidon T 200-2 TOROID CORE

For 450ohm (9:1 Z) use 8 turns tap for 50ohm Tx, & 24 turns for the balanced
feed.
For 600ohm (12:1 Z) use 8 turns tap for 50ohm Tx, & 28 turns for the balanced
feed.
Make sure the windings are phase & connected correctly.
