## 🌊 Eastern Pacific 7-Day Outlook
While the Eastern Pacific basin is entering a highly active convective cycle, all potential systems are projected to track completely away from the continent:

* Open Pacific Gyre: Deep tropical moisture pipelines far off the coast of Central America are keeping the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) highly active, but no closed cyclonic circulations are developing close to shore.

------------------------------
## ⚠️ Critical Non-Cyclonic Regional Hazards
The absence of a named hurricane landfall does not mean quiet weather. Central America continues to deal with severe localized conditions driven by raw seasonal dynamics:

* Heavy Local Monsoon Rain: The active positioning of the ITCZ combined with passing weak tropical waves will continue to fuel widespread afternoon severe thunderstorms, blinding downpours, and intense lightning across the Pacific slopes of Panama and Costa Rica.
