SEIZED BY
UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL OFF THE UAE COAST; POTUS IS CURRENTLY IN BEIJING
NEGOTIATING STRAIT ACCESS WITH PRESIDENT XI. DHS SEC. MULLIN HAS AUTHORIZED
