PATROLS IN THE STRAIT. DHS SEC. MULLIN HAS DEPLOYED "TITAN SHIELD" TEAMS TO
VULNERABLE MUNICIPAL GRIDS. A MASSIVE SEVERE WEATHER OUTBREAK IS
