HOWEVER, THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ REMAINS CONTESTED AS TEHRAN PROPOSES A
HIGH-COST
"TOLLBOOTH" SCHEME FOR TRANSIT. DHS SEC. MULLIN HAS RELEASED $1.2B IN
EMERGENCY
CONTRACTS WHILE FACING CONGRESSIONAL CRITICISM OVER DETENTION TRANSPARENCY.
