Mindy may have had another minor stroke while out on her walk this evening. I was able to cary her back down the driveway and by the time we got close to the house I was able to put her down and she walked. Jesse had to walk the other 5 from the street. She appears to be OK now, but we have seen the pattern 2 years ago. Gave her an extra one of her baby aspirin and watching closely. (Please do not say “rush to vet” as there is nothing they can/will do at this point. If it gets worse she will go to Gainesville and probably have another MRI). Just send some white light in her direction.

Always listen tip your greyhound. Mindy started to alert a few weeks ago. She woke up two nights ago and snapped at Jesse’s toe. I am wondering if that was an on purpose issue. She got up last night about 3 or 4 tines and walk down side of bed past Rambo and Peanut and poked me. Yup, I am stubborn
I was stabilized in lake Wales and transferred to Tampa

Mindy has been rather clingy for the past week or so. About 30 minutes ago she was fast asleep in the living room and jumped up and high pitched yelp. She has only done this two other times, in the midst of a small seizure and her stroke. She is fine but I will be watching her closely for the next few days. Hope we are not having a repeat 🙁

Well, the storm is over (at least the wind part) the dogs were not very happy with the morning out. Mindy HATES getting wet and it was pouring.
