OK, The company that sprayed me this morning with something from a crop dusting plane replied to my email. Sent me the MSDS sheet, and explained the chemical. Also made the contractor aware of what happened as it is not supposed to. It was not a pesticide and was a nitrogen based fertilizer. I am not that worried about it.

It’s amazing that the people who constantly posted pro-trump posts, ads, and anti DNC fake news stories before the election are now getting all bent out of shape when those of us that did not support trump are posting the actual excerpts from his tweets and press conferences now. The complaint seem to be that people are posting negative political posts. Talk about not wanting to see the reality when it slaps them upside the head.

My door is always open, the coffee pot is always on and my sofa is always warm and a place of peace and non judgement. Any of my family and friends who need to chat are welcome anytime . It’s no good suffering in silence. I have cold drinks in the fridge…tea & coffee in the cupboard and I will always be here. …You are never not welcome!!
Blue Monday is a name given to a day in January (typically the third Monday of the month) reported to be the most depressing day of the year and January the worst month for suicides, it’s always good to talk but even better to listen.
I’ll always lend an ear and a shoulder…….and my heart.

Here and it is f-Ing cold for Florida. Rethinking my running clothes for tomorrow. Michele suggestions? Shorts or running pants? Temp is 42 with windchill in am expected to be 24. Windy as crap. Thoughts?

For those of my friends that had signed up for text alerts for my race tomorrow – you may have gotten a message yesterday saying that Disney had canceled all events for Saturday. That was the 1/2 marathon, not the full. The full is being run on Sunday and while it is going to be cold, it is not canceled.
There was way too much lightning in the area this morning for them to setup the course safely to run the 1/2 marathon.
