Road to the 2026 Senior Games
I’m documenting my preparation for the
Huntsman World Senior Games in the 1500m and
800m freestyle and the 100m and 200m breaststroke.
Follow the workouts, race-distance tests,
pace analysis, recovery and changes in the
training plan as competition approaches.
The Greyhounds
Greyhounds have occupied a large part of our world
and a large part of this site’s history.
Over the years I’ve written about our dogs,

My background crosses several different worlds:
