Good morning all! We are starting the day with 58 degrees here in Babson Park, FL. Sun has not broken through the clouds yet but I think it’s working on it. On today’s agenda? I have to do the paperwork for my appointment at Tampa General tomorrow, and I think I am going to try to get to the gym this morning for a while – today is going to be a cardio day inside rather than an outside bike day – need a change. Other than that, nothing new and interesting.
