Hmmmm……. I love peanuts. They are one of my favorite snacks in the world. For some reason I have been thinking… “OK… Peanuts, natural, nuts, good for you”. Did you know that 1 ounce of Peanuts (which is considered 1 serving – who the hell comes up with those numbers?) is almost 160 calories. A fistful of Peanuts is about 4 ounces. Do the math. Have to rethink my snack of choice when I get my afternoon munchies. That sucks.
