Missing my dogs right now…….

Good morning everyone from York, PA. I think my phone’s weather app is broken. It is saying something about 9 degrees outside this morning. It’s a Florida phone and it should know there is no such thing as 9 degrees. I think I should just go back to bed and wait until it is at least in the double digits. OK, now that I got that out of my system…. had a pretty good day yesterday working with the faculty at YTI. Heard some really great things that I need to follow up on and make sure some people get credit for. Heard some not so great things that I need to follow-up with as well (maybe). But overall – good day. Anyways, everyone have a great Friday and someone tell me that I didn’t hear rumors of a snow storm for Sunday/Monday.

Good Morning all!

According to my cell phone app it is 31 degrees here in York, PA. Just looked out the window at the parking lot and noticed that someone sprinkled a little bit of white stuff around again. Wish people would knock that off, it’s annoying.

Today’s plans? I will be doing training, meetings, training, meetings, and hopefully eventually get some time to get caught up with some actual work. If I hear the word “Pearson” combined with “not working” or “not ready” one more time I am going to scream. What a waste of time that publisher is.

On the good news. First time in over a week I have actually slept well and am feeling relaxed and awake as I get up in the morning. May have helped that I didn’t have to get up 15,000 times overnight. Hopefully I can do this again this evening. Skipping my workout this morning and probably will feel guilty about that later today and end up doing it after work.

My public service announcement for the day:

For those who do not say thanks, and just want to complain that when we import greyhound-data from the NGA records the owner and the breeder is occasionally wrong, or whatever all else you want to bitch about:

1. Pull up the dog’s pedigree in Greyhond-data.
2. From the second line of the menu, right side click “report error”
3. Describe the issue for that dog. If multiple dogs do it on each dog with the error.
4. If you have submitted the ID verification to GHD and become a verified user you can probably fix it yourself.
5. Do either 3 or 4 and problem solved.

If a dog’s littermate didn’t all make it at the same time it’s because someone didn’t send the registration to the NGA. Hey, we don’t make this up. Dog not registered in time? Send in the f’ing paperwork. No paperwork, no registration, no listing on GHD. That simple.

Posting your little complaints on social media does not good except to piss the people off doing the work.

Waiting on next train

Flying along Roosevelt Blvd in Orange Park/Jax right by the base. Good thing it’s Tuesday or for some reason it would by my fault that Kelly would have had to wait for the train 🙂 What, people actually sit in this traffic? No way!

Taking a new approach. Deleting comments from posts on my wall that just want to argue. If I post something on my wall that you don’t agree with deal. It’s my opinion. If you don’t like it, tough. I am going to start deleting additions to my posts. My wall – my rules. This will make it a whole lot easier.
