Just wondering – would anyone who is at a track tomorrow (Saturday) for any of the cards take a few pictures of the crowds (inside and out) and post here? I would like to use for something I am working on for AllAboutGreyhounds.org

Good morning all! It is 53 degrees here in Babson Park, FL according to the backyard weather thingy. A little bit of a chilly start to the day. This morning the dogs had a little excitement in the yard, Peanut decided to play-bow to Ranger, run down to the other end of the yard dig furiously in her hole for a few minutes, hop out of it, play bow to Ranger again and the chase was on. This is the same girly with the hurting leg. Not making me happy. So there I am trying to get 2 greyhounds not to run (yup, like that’s going to happen). Turn around and I have 2 others posturing with each other in the yard. OK, no issue, told Mindy to get her fat butt into the house (Mindy will always listen), crisis averted. Finally the herd runs one more lap and comes barreling up to the door. Ranger doesn’t quite get the brakes on in time (Or thinks I am going to open the door) and he smacks his nose, looks up and gives me the WTF look. You big goofball!

Good Morning everyone, a bit late this morning as I needed to get a bunch of things done early today. Time to write my next training class for PCI and YTI and had to do some system upgrades before students and faculty began to log in. But, all done. It was 67 degrees outside when I went for my run, much nicer than the 80+ the other day. It is an overcast day today, little bit of a mist. But, I DONT HAVE TO SHOVEL IT!!!
Anyways, to my friends up North and out West. Please stay safe. Stay off the roads if you can.

Senator Garett Richter came out today in favor of eliminating the requirement to protect Live Greyhound Racing.

He wants to allow Pari-mutuel facilities to become Casinos.

Tell Senator Richter if he wants to do away with Live Greyhound Racing then please let the People of Florida Vote on it and let the People in each Community that has a Greyhound Track Vote on it in a General Election!

Tell Senator Richter if he eliminates the obligation to operate as a pari-mutuel facility revoke the pari-mutuel licenses and put them out to bid!

OK, where did that rain come from. The bottom just fell out and the dogs that were in the back yard are NOT happy at all. Mindy actually looks both wet and downright disgusted. In about 1 minute her sunbeam went away and she got soaked.

Good Morning all! It is a very foggy 59 degrees according to the backyard weather thingy. We are expecting 81 degrees by this afternoon. Today….. work…. first thing is to clean off my desk from were I dumped all of the conference stuff from last week. Then I get to have fun dealing with some state standards.

Hmmm…. so everyone got worked up over 1 team that could have been beaten by my local high school team? Is this the SuperBowl or was it “Friday Night Lights?” There was more action on the TLC show “Sex sent me to the ER” that I chose to watch.

Think about all the companies that now have to explain why they wasted so much money on a high school football game.
