I took another rest day today as I could still feel a little muscle fatigue and I really need to have a productive August. On the first of the month I always try to setup my monthly challenges on Garmin Connect and also Swim.com (US Masters Swimming has their challenges on there as well). So, what did I select?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

May not get all of them done, but let’s see what the month brings. I need my distance and speed peak near the end of August in order for me to get through the first few weeks of September before I start to taper a bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
