- 8 email requests for file reviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 2 tech support incoming phone calls<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 10 pricing requests \/ 4 of them commercial electrical<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 14 Cause of loss determinations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 14 New tech support requests, all of these handled, 11 of them already complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 12 Older tech support requests handled and closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- That leaves me with 3 in progress, and 3 sitting in my “need to discuss with management team.” <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
I think a good day overall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now I am going to spend some time with Res and Climber. Res is being a bit of a crate baby tonight so I am wondering what that’s about. He grumped at Climber a little bit earlier, again not really sure why, in this case she was innocent. Not that the grumping wasn’t deserve red for past actions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
